I have been guilty of stressing over past relationships. It was always the same pattern. From then on, the relationship was no longer enjoyable. Most of my life is filled with success, except for one HUGE gap. I have never had a girlfriend, or a relationship that has gone beyond two dates usually my decision or something weird happens. I never went to a school dance or prom even though my parents were not happy about it. I think that I have three problems: Internet dating has not gone very well for me. I am not shy in normal social situations, but just going up to a woman and talking to her is not a skill of mine. If I do, I act like a dork.
I am too nice, and not aggressive in making things happen.
He had sex with women and men and now he claims he is into men fully no more woman. Not since he has got his full jollies out of them. Anyway, The guy was a pure closet case, and the worst kind because he would get his jollies manipulating theses women into have sex, and treat them really well. When he went out with women he said he looked at a guy, but he told himself he had no desire for them anymore, and he was not going to do that.
After a while, he told his various girlfriends he had along the way that he was into guys. He expresses how straight men treat women badly, and how he understood the horrors what women go through.

I am currently 21 years of age and I have never officially had a boyfriend in my entire life. Me and my friends are stumped about this. I am attractive and have a great personality. I know this isn’t a relationship forum but would really like advice from OCD sufferers about someone I have very strong feeling for. I’ve known this guy for around a year, we are both late 30’s and we have dated around a dozen times. He asked me out to discuss work and to be honest for the first couple of times I couldn’t make out if he was interested or not, although we didn’t discuss work!
On our first date he told me had had OCD. He handwashes and has to have everything in order, hates dirt, stains etc. To be honest I didn’t really take much notice. On the outside he seems really confident and has a great job but it was me who made the first move after 3 or 4 dates so I was really confused. After we had got pretty intimate on one date he really backed off for a while. When we eventually talked he told me he was painfully shy, he told me that he really likes me but needs to take things at his own pace and that things were moving too fast.
He has been single since his divorce 10 years ago and not dated since. I have left things to him but although he says he wants to see me, it is usually 4 or 5 weeks between dates and then we just have dinner. He also told me he wants to take things further but is not ready yet.
